Before you begin
Before you start installing the
Custom Profile make sure you have done the following
- Purchased a license
- NOTICE: The custom Profile tool is available for PHPmotion V3 only
Installation
The Custom Profiles come "preinstalled" in all PHPmotion V3 installations. In order to use it however, a license is required. Once you have purchased your license do the following
- Upload the license file to your FTP /addons/customprofile
- Login to your Site Admin and click on /settings/enabled features on the top menu. Enable Custom Profile
Common Installation Errors
The following are typical errors that you may get and they are due to having missed one of the instructions above
Images that I upload are not showing up
Upload a
phpinfo() file to your website and check to make sure that
register_long_arrays is set to
ON. If it is not set to on, you will need to contact your webhost for them to make this change for you.
